2 Habits That The Habit Of Writing Daily Introduced To My Routine

And probably will stick with me for rest of the life as I know it

Writing daily might not take a lot of soul-searching but it does require discipline.

Building a writing habit means sitting at the desk at a set hour without fail and jotting down thoughts on presentable topics.

The 2 tasks pre-writing that became a habit for me -

Reading

If you aren't a reader then writing daily might be a lengthier process than one can anticipate.

The range of topics comes from personal interests and intriguing material that I come across in my readings. Be it a book, different articles on Technology or be it work.

The idea that I need to refill the jar of ideas to fill the empty lines on paper, per se, got me into a rigorous reading habit.

Walking

A fresh mind can seldom be devoid of ideas.

The days have to be active. The morning jog or walk clears all the noise in my head to concentrate on the things that really matter. Especially on the days that are busy with the activities of the day job.

Walking helped me keep my mind sincere and active.

It wasn't completely unexpected to build on healthy corresponding habits to the actual one I was working on but the routine that is setting up is making me take note of how healthy habits work.
