- The meticulous attention to detail.
- The obsessive need to get everything close to perfect.
- The discipline to stick to deadlines.
- The clarity of intent in their actions.
Surely, we all follow these principles in our daily professional and personal life.

The increase in energy and focus is apparent once this habit kicks in.
Building habits is all about doing tasks in an intentional manner, so here's something to get you started.
Reading
Reading opens your mind. It keeps the mind fresh and the ideas flowing.
To be honest, the daily lives of a working individual aren't built to sustain a reading habit.

Reading needs to be intentional, something that adds value to our personal and/or professional.
To get started, I tried this neat little service which to my surprise, allowed me to build a steady reading habit.
Meditation and Journaling
A calm mind is a win in itself for many of us.
Meditation is an age-old technique to bring our minds to peace and more so allow us to be more present.
Couple that with journaling, the thoughts that disturb our peace of mind look even trivial when written on a piece of paper.
Here are some easy-to-get-started services -
Calm, Headspace, Balance, The Five Minute Journal
There are obviously many other distinguishing factors that define success for any individual. The above 3 habits sit at the very core of intentional living, which can propogate any one to great successes.
