And pushing me to take the plunge!

The inevitability of a traditional job might very well be changing in this post-pandemic world.

The introduction of Remote Working and the boon of quality time turned out to be a promising prospect.

The pandemic's beginning was a struggle for me with forced confinement and being awarded the gift of time for self-reflection. Even with the ever-lasting content to consume, eventually, I had to force myself to look back on my strengths and weaknesses and find a sustainable way of living.

The prospect of returning to the offices was a constant alarm that needed turning off.

Like a clockwork reminder, every time I logged back into work, there was a reminder for me that eventually, I will have to return to the office. The overwhelming evidence that my productivity isn't confined to the offices gave me a constant nudge to look at my options.

Then there is a major question about my skills and my value.

As I clocked in and out of my 9 to 5 job, I increasingly lost the foresight to see any upside of it all, in the long run. The end game became blurry and less attractive. The constant circle of thought about upskilling and then actually having the opportunity of using that skill at my job was a dreadful eye-opener.

Finally, the prospect of living a fulfilled life full of passion and actually looking forward to my Mondays are convincing me day by day to take the plunge.

Maybe the time is already here!
